Cambodia is located in South-East Asia bordered on three sides by Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, and by the Gulf of Thailand. The population is 90% ethnic Khmers. The rich Khmer culture is shaped around the beliefs and teachings of Buddhism, the primary religion of Cambodia. Cambodia is best known for being home of the World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat. It was during this period that Khmer kings built the most extensive concentration of religious temples in the world . It is the Angkor Temple complex , which draws many tourists to this country.

Day 1:
Arrive – Siem Reap

Arrive at Siem Reap International airport where you will be met by your tour guide and take to your hotel for check-in by car. At midday you will be taken to a local restaurant for lunch.

After lunch you will visit Angkor Thom, Bayon and Phimeanakas temples followed by the Terraces of the Elephants and Leper King. In the late afternoon, walk to the top of the hill "Phnom Bakheng" to see the sunset and the fabulous view of the Angkor area. Then, drive to local restaurant for dinner and experience the night life of Siem Reap town.

●Dating from the 12th century, Bayon Temple, which was built at Angkor, is the spectacular central temple.

●Elephant Terrace , which is a ruined temple complex in Cambodia, is part of the walled city of Angkor Thom

Day 2:
Banteay Srei - Angkor Wat

Breakfast at the hotel and this morning, you will visit Banteay Srei, the exquisite ‘Women’s Citadel’. Located 32 km from Siem Reap town, this was Cambodia’s last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered. Then drive to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and move on to an extensive tour to the magnificent World Heritage site of Angkor Wat.
●Ta Prohm temple, which is located in East of Angkor Thom, is bound by massive roots of huge trees.
In the evening, enjoy a buffet style dinner at the Tonle Mekong restaurant where you can sample many Cambodian and South East Asian dishes whilst watching a dance show made up of traditional Cambodian dances including the classic Apsara Dance.

● Apsara performance- is a traditional Khmer dance performance. This dance is meant to convey a story or message.
● Angkor Wat  is a UNESCO Heritage Site , a Buddist temple complex, and the largest religious monument in the world.

Day 3:
Siem Reap - Departure

Breakfast and then visit the. These 3 monuments served as the capital during the Roluos group of temples reign of King Indravaraman I (877-89), are among the earliest large and permanent temples of the Khmer classical art period. Preah Ko, erected by Indavaraman I in the late 9th century was dedicated by the King to his ancestors. Bakhong is the largest and the most interesting of the Roluos group temples with its active Buddhist monastery.
Last, Lolei, who’s four brick towers are replicas of the ones at Preah Ko, it was built on an islet in the center of large reservoir by Yasovarman I; The founder of the first city of Angkor.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, go shopping before transfer to the airport for your evening departure flight.
